ONIRIX is a project about how we remember and interpret our own dreams. Nine years ago the artist has three dreams in three different nights. He paint this dreams in three parts, each part having three sequences. The results is the nine paintings, every painting representing a scene from the three dreams. Each painting has attached a text written by the artist like in a screen play.
Scene VII - The Dangers Of The Backyard - FM
The powerful summer sun was casting its bright light on my head and back while I entered the green yard of my grandmother's house. Maybe it was the hot light making everything slightly gray, or maybe I was getting dizzy from the burning star up above, but I walked pass the house to get behind it for some unclear reason... My eyes were looking down at the grass, as I turned towards the side of the house. I immediately froze in horror because there were 3 crunching big tigers with striking orange eyes staring at me, their new target. They seemed ready to devour every single piece of meat on my body. I made a half step backwards, but my heel did not reach the ground before the closest tiger jumped with its claws and teeth forward, reaching menacingly for my head. I fell on my back and time began to move slower. I was feeling hopeless on the grass, when a black panther suddenly jumped from the front-side of the house directly in the tiger’s face, saving me from certain death.

ONIRIX es un proyecto sobre cómo recordamos e interpretamos nuestros propios sueños. Hace nueve años el artista tuvo tres sueños en tres noches diferentes. Pintó estos sueños en tres partes, cada una de ellas con tres secuencias. El resultado son nueve cuadros, cada uno de los cuales representa una escena de los tres sueños. Cada cuadro lleva adjunto un texto escrito por el artista, como en una obra de teatro.
Escena VII - Los peligros del patio trasero - FM
El potente sol de verano proyectaba su brillante luz sobre mi cabeza y mi espalda mientras entraba en el verde patio de la casa de mi abuela. Tal vez era la luz caliente que hacía que todo fuera ligeramente gris, o tal vez me estaba mareando por la estrella ardiente de arriba, pero pasé por delante de la casa para ponerme detrás de ella por alguna razón poco clara... Mis ojos miraban hacia el césped, mientras me volvía hacia el lado de la casa. Inmediatamente me paralicé de horror porque había 3 grandes tigres crujientes con llamativos ojos anaranjados que me miraban fijamente, su nuevo objetivo. Parecían dispuestos a devorar cada trozo de carne de mi cuerpo. Di medio paso hacia atrás, pero mi talón no llegó al suelo antes de que el tigre más cercano saltara con sus garras y dientes hacia delante, alcanzando amenazadoramente mi cabeza. Caí de espaldas y el tiempo empezó a moverse más despacio. Me sentía desesperado en la hierba, cuando una pantera negra saltó de repente desde la parte delantera de la casa directamente a la cara del tigre, salvándome de una muerte segura.
