Wieke Akkerman launched Vervlogen Jaren in Staphorst, The Netherlands (near Zwolle) back in 2002. What began as a collector's small passion project quickly became a well-known address for fine vintage furniture and decorative pieces. Vintage enthusiasts from across the world have since visited the showroom to source their favorite design pieces. Vervlogen Jaren offers high quality Danish, Swiss, German and Italian designs (including some original Memphis treasures), as well as pieces from the Birch and Japanese furniture series by Dutchman Cees Braakman for Pastoe.
